Ethics and Moral Politics vs. Law Enforcement

In practice between politics and the law is difficult to separate, since each of the incumbent regime in each country had a "political law" itself in particular carry out the concept of government objectives relating to development and political policies both domestically and abroad. So do not be surprised if in this country so a change of government that followed the change of the Minister of the rules and policies that executable also changed, and every policy must require support in the form of legal protection is the law enforcement of the political regime in power that the regime have a legitimate basis of the concept and development of political strategies that executable.

As for the "Political Ethics" must be understood in the context of "ethics and morals in general". Talk about "ethical and moral" consists of at least three things: first, ethical and moral obligation Individuals are more concerning and attitudes of men towards himself. One of the principles that are particularly relevant to the ethics of the individual is the principle of personal integration, which speaks about the behavior of a particular individual in order to preserve and maintain the reputation as being immoral. Secondly, ethics refers to a social moral obligations and rights, attitudes and behavior patterns of humans as social beings in interaction with each other. Of course, as human nature is twofold, namely as individual and social beings. Third, environmental ethics relating to the relationship between human beings both as individuals and as a group with the wider natural environment. 

Indonesia as a state based on law whose existence is a product of "political decision" of the law of a political regime in power, so it can not be avoided in the law enforcement process is implicitly 'intervention regime' there must be. Moreover, the Indonesian government system in the context of "Trias Politica" application is not pure, where between the Legislature, Executive and Judiciary existence does not stand alone. Indonesia to implement these concepts in the form of trias politica 'sparation of powers' (separation of powers) instead of 'division of power' (power-sharing). Where tanpak in the process of law-making role of the government is so dominant determining the enactment of the law and the law in this country. This fact may actually cause the dissatisfaction of the people in the law enforcement process in Indonesia what else on the other side of the politicians in this country do not understand and respect the "political ethics" when they run the democratic process always tends to violate the laws and rules that they agree on their own, so do not overdo many have questioned the moral politics of the politicians of this nation.

Excesses of popular discontent in the practice of democracy and rule of law that occurred during this phenomenon has given rise to distrust and disintegration of nation which in turn threatens the integrity of the Republic. It is no wonder since the year 2001, the MPR-RI issued MPR RI No.. VI/MPR/2001 on Ethics of Life Nation. Where's the birth of TAP, influenced by weak understanding of the ethics of nation, state, and religion. The emergence  representatives in the Assembly since the crisis revealed that elicits multidimensional serious threat to national unity, and the decline of ethical implementation of national life. It appears from prolonged social conflict, loss manners and nobility in social interaction, weakening of honesty and trust in the life of the nation, a waiver of the provisions of the  law enforcement and regulations in force in the country. 

So political ethics in turn has a strong contribution to the well-absence of law enforcement in this country, let alone the morale of the Law Enforcement who are already dilapidated, it can not be denied now complete hardness law enforcement in our beloved country Indonesia. So before already severe and beyond help, like it or not we all have to immediately build the nation's morale, give people an example and a good example of the Lords, the politicians, the community and religious leaders, wake up the education system by promoting moral education and personality so that it also helped determine whether or not the student passed and student, with no ethics and moral culture which in turn is owned by the next generation of Indonesia would be destroyed as a sovereign state and dignity, even the people will feel the fate will be much worse than the times when people Indonesia was colonized by the Dutch in advance.
